| All puppies come
with AKC registration, health guarantee, first worming,
first vaccinations and a health record.
(Limited AKC means
puppies are sold as pets only without breeding rights.
Breeding rights can be obtained after careful screening
for an additional fee) Spoiling is at No Extra
Charge.
On occasion we will have adult
dogs or older puppies available. These are perfectly healthy
dogs that we have decided to sale due to either changes in our
breeding program, retirement or simply a reduction of the number of
dogs in our breeding program. Careful screening will be done
to ensure the adoptive family and the adult will be a great match.
All adults sold will be sold with a spay/neuter agreement and
limited registration on their papers, NO EXCEPTIONS.

A
Deposit of 100.00 is required to hold your puppy
until time of pickup.
Deposits are
non-refundable.

For
buyers that cannot pick up their puppies at 9 weeks of age,
there will be additional fees charged for a second vaccinations,
worming, health certificates (if needed for air travel) and a $5
per day boarding fee. Due to the number of people wanting
us to hold puppies longer than necessary, we are having to add
these fees.
We reserve the right to
refuse sale of any puppy to any
person for any reason. We want our
puppies to go to homes of our
choice.

Consider buying a male.
Males
that have been neutered do not
develop nasty habits such as marking
their territory or riding legs.
Neutered Males make very sweet Pets
and can often be obtained at a lower
price.
